Modern society places many demands on our bodies and minds. My goal as a teacher and healer is to connect you with tangible tools to assist you in moving forward on your journey. Some of these tools include yoga, meditation, bodywork, reiki and aromatherapy. You can improve your health, experience more peace and joy, deepen your connection with spirit and manifest your full potential and I will do my best to offer you practical support to accelerate your personal evolution. My practice is currently based out of The Phoenix Eastern Medicine Center, a beautiful state of the art wellness center in Farmingdale. I also offer onsite classes and services.
