Students will learn the benefits of hot stone massage as well as the ability to determine who is eligible for the treatment. Participants are taught the basic strokes including deep tissue techniques and see a step by step demonstration of a full body treatment. They are then able to give and receive the full body step by step hot stone massage.
It is recommended but NOT required to bring your own set of stones. Upon registration you will receive a list of supplies.

This 4 week series will offer support on many levels to the expectant mother. Carefully chosen postures, breathing exercises and meditations will be used to ease many of the physical discomforts commonly associated with pregnancy, promote an overall sense of well being, decreases fatigue, deepen the connection between mother and child and prepare the body and mind for birth.

This class offers a strong foundation for those new to yoga, individuals with injuries or limitations and anyone who would like to deepen their practice. We will be covering the basic principles of alignment, yogic breathing techniques, the use of props and an introduction to meditation. great for beginners, prenatal students, anyone struggling with acute or chronic injuries and any yogi in the mood for a slower paced class.

Must have completed Level One to participate.
The Level Two Reiki Attunement deals with the emotional body. The attunements will assist you in clearing emotional blockages and becoming a channel for healing on the emotional level. You will receive 3 attunements and have a chance to give and receive healing.
