Nicole Tzen
Nicole Tzen is the founder of Inner Balance. She has been a holistic practitioner since 1999. She is a licensed massage therapist, certified yoga instructor, certified reiki master, certified hypnobirthing practitioner & certified infant massage instructor and holds a bachelors degree in social science/human development from Binghamton University and works as an adjunct professor at the NY College teaching massage therapy. In 2004 she opened Inner Balance with of vision to help people reach their highest potential physically, mentally, emotionally & spiritually. As a holistic practitioner with 10 years of experience she is dedicated to guiding others on the path to true wellness with a heart-centered approach to healing.

Christine Addesso
A student of herbal medicine for 8 years, Christine created Christine’s Herbal Alternatives. Her line of all natural personal care products & medicinal herbal teas is made using only the best ingredients. She leads the Simple Creations workshop each month sharing her knowledge & enabling others to create their own healthy alternatives to many of the toxic products on the market today.

Kathleen Mulcahy
A licensed massage therapist for over 10 years Kathleen offers her amazing skills in several modalities to heal the body and eliminate both chronic and acute pain. Her nurturing touch is sure to leave you feeling you best.

Susan Reardon
